Our general philosophy about decorating AND Home Staging is SIMPLE - clean lines, neutrals (creams, whites, grays, black), contrast with darks and lights. Then, add some FUN - a punch of animal print like zebra, cowhide, leopard, crocodile or alligator, and/or a punch of colour…. ET voila! (Ask us about the ‘60-30-10’ rule!)
The result is a look that we may call “Modern Glam”, “Upscale Urban Chic”, “Spa-Inspired”, or maybe “Savvy Simple”.
But YOU can call it whatever you’d like!

Nancy O’Brien, Senior Property Stylist, after years of ‘staging' homes before the field really even existed!
FURNISH Urban Furniture Rentals began building its inventory in early 2012, to provide a different experience for Home Staging/Property Styling in the Ottawa area.
Nancy loves what she does. It fulfills her creative spirit, and she enjoys working in a field that benefits so many people with tangible results. Nancy is happy that her career path has led her to this field.
Nancy received her designation as a Home Stager through the Canadian Staging Professionals (CSP) and is a current member of RESA Ottawa Chapter.
